The Role

As a Senior Regional Corporate Communication Executive, you are skilled and highly organized and will be instrumental in supporting and executing a broad range of marketing, communications, and branding activities. You will collaborate with affiliated companies across the region to maintain consistent corporate branding, monitor digital media mentions, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Your responsibilities will include tracking Mitsubishi Electric's digital presence, coordinating regional internal communication events, and preparing insightful reports on corporate communication performance. Additionally, you will provide support in analyzing web traffic data.

Your Key Responsibilities

Corporate Branding

  • Coordinate communications with affiliated companies for corporate branding and PR in APAC.
  • Monitor digital media in APAC for mentions (positive/negative) of Mitsubishi Electric.
  • Support affiliated companies with graphic logo compliance and proofreading content (advertorials, press releases).

Communications:

  • Support regional meetings and internal communication events organized by ACO PR & Communication team.
  • Support internal communication such as gathering and dissemination of information from group companies and from HQ when required.

Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare a monthly department report draft to Chief of APAC.
  • Monitor and track the monthly and quarterly reports on RCO corporate communication expenses.
  • Monitor Singapore web traffic and gather web statistics from affiliated companies for analysis and reporting.



Your Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Culturally aware and capable of managing global stakeholders.
  • Meticulous with excellent time management under pressure.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing media agencies is an advantage.



Your Profile

  • Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 3 years of experience in corporate communications and branding.
  • Excellent knowledge in website analytics and digital marketing (social media).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Open to travel when needed.
