Sales Engineer / Sales Manager (Chiller)

The Role
We are seeking a results-driven and technically adept Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive growth in our chiller solutions business. This role focuses on delivering large, complex, solution-based offerings by articulating strong value propositions at a system level. You will play a critical role in building strategic relationships with our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in the chiller / HVAC sales industry within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Pursue and manage Chiller / HVAC project opportunities through active customer engagement and thorough needs assessment.
- Develop new leads via site visits, networking, and outreach efforts, including cold calling.
- Drive market awareness by promoting Chiller / HVAC products and solutions, while building a robust sales pipeline.
- Foster long-term client relationships to support sustained engagement and high customer satisfaction.
- Support the development and implementation of annual sales strategies aligned with departmental goals, focusing on achieving targets and consistent year-on-year growth.
- Prepare tenders and proposals, and engage in negotiations to secure contracts with strong profit margins.
- Monitor order fulfilment by tracking progress and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver monthly reports on order intake, revenue performance, and key non-financial indicators.
Your Skills
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycle, chiller types, plant design components in HVAC system.
- Strong presentation and solution-focused.
Your Profile
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent).
- Preferably with at least 3 years of proven sales track records in HVAC / chiller systems.
- Individuals with work experience in service engineering / applications engineering / project management in Chiller/HVAC industry are also welcome to apply.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric solutions.
