Our Building Management System solutions bring together diverse building systems—such as HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management—into one unified, networked solution, creating smarter, more efficient buildings.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and help expand the market reach of Diamond Controls BMS solutions. You will be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, driving growth, and building long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. As a key player in promoting our integrated building solutions, you will help customers enhance their operational efficiency while ensuring sustainability. Your Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Market Expansion:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Promote Diamond Controls BMS solutions to both new and existing customers, driving sales volume and contributing to the achievement of overall sales goals.
  • Market Strategy: Execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales volume across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments.
  • Sales Promotions: Lead targeted promotional activities to raise awareness and drive demand for our BMS solutions.

Account Management & Relationship Building:

  • Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Drive the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing, maintaining continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with global business partners to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication with clients.

Project Coordination & Delivery:

  • Project Support: Collaborate with the project team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of BMS projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Ongoing Monitoring: Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, follow up with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest satisfaction.



Your Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage accounts effectively.
  • Able to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and address challenges, ensuring that projects remain on track and customer needs are met.



Your Profile

  • Possess a Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
  • At least 1 year of work experience within the Building Management System (BMS) industry.
  • Proven sales track record with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals either through key account management or new business development.
  • A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle would be an advantage, as this role may involve customer site visits and travel.
  • Familiarity with BMS technologies and solutions is a plus, with a strong willingness to learn about emerging trends in building automation and smart technology.
