The Role
As a sales coordinator will require to help ensure the department’s planning and operation are processed promptly and accurately.
Your Key Responsibilities
Operation & Logistic
- Ensure daily department operations are processed promptly and accurately in accordance with the company’s policy and guidelines.
- Processing of customers’ orders and invoicing.
- Processing of Purchase Orders.
- Import and Export shipping arrangement.
- Stocktaking
- Liaising with 3rd party logistics company.
- Maintain proper documentations.
- Ensuring Information Security Management is well complied.
- Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Customer Service
- Manage customer support.
- Identify, anticipate and resolve customer issues in timely manner.
Your Skills
- Computer literate
- Able to work with tight deadlines
- Detailed Orientated
- Good time management
Your Profile
- 'O' Level and above
- Min 1 year of experience as a sales coordinator
