Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Job Description 

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be managing the SAP S/4HANA upgrade for oversea sales companies and continue into application maintenance support phrase post GO-Live.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management - initiating, executing, and completing the S/4HANA upgrade.
  • Work with vendor to understand and work towards meeting business users' needs.
  • Manage the vendor to deliver the outcome internal stakeholder needs.
  • Take ownership and responsibility to bridge business needs with SAP system solutions from vendor.
  • Delivers quality work consistently i.e. service internal stakeholders post go-live with minimal supervision.
  • Able to travel oversea to carry out job duties within Southeast Asia for up to 3 times a month.


Your Skills

  • Microsoft Office 365 applications; SAP ECC6; SAP S/4HANA Suite.
  • Project Management experience in implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions at enterprise level.
  • SAP module specific skillsets in SAP FICO, MM, SD, CS, BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills coupled with strong writing skills to support the project management office in ensuring project documentation is kept and maintained.
  • Good time management with high sensitivities to task and deliverable deadlines ensuring close follow up on project tasks and activities at all time.


Your Profile

  • Possess a recognized Diploma/Degree in any related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
