ISM Manager
Job Description
The Role
As a ISM Manager you will be responsible for improving the level of Information Security Management (ISM) at group companies in Asia region in cooperation with the head office.
Your Key Responsibilities
Information Security Management (ISM) inspections of group affiliate companies
- Conduct internal ISM audit for affiliate companies in Asia region, representing head office corporate secretariat.
- Evaluate the ISM level at each company and find the points to be corrected and support the group companies to plan corrective measures.
Research and support on ISM related regulations (Privacy Law etc.) for Asia countries
- Research and share with HQ on the status of laws and regulations in each country related to information security and items that should be addressed and discuss how to address them.
Support HQ for effective Corporate ISM Guidelines
- Feedback the ISM related issues and challenges in the Asia affiliate companies to HQ.
- Provide ISM related advisory to group companies and HQ.
Strengthen ISM of group companies in the region
- Support Training regarding ISM in the Asia region
- Support ISM interviews of group companies in the Asia region (during audits to affiliates).
Regional Fake Mail Testing service
- Recommend Fake Mail Testing service to group companies in Asia region.
- Provide reporting and advisory and analysis of the Fake Mail Test to ISM/IT members.
ICFR/ITGC Internal Audit
- Represent HQ internal auditor to check group companies' business application (SAP) in the area of IT general controls. Roles are the same as HQ auditors.
- ITGC advisory and explanation.
Group Corporate IT Projects
- Support HQ global project. In FY2023 and FY2024, to support the project for enhancement of IT network security all over the Asia regional group companies.
- Support expanding group common IT service. (Group global wide WAN, Group common M365 service etc.).
Your Skills
- Planning and Organizing Management.
- Communication skills.
- Problem Solving and Negotiation skills
- Willing to travel around Asia countries when required for IT and ISM issues.
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology for other related IT discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Information Security.
- Good working knowledge on IT/ISM regulations.
