Customer Care Executive 

Temporary Contract (6 months)


Job Description 

The Role

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for Order processing and fulfillment of Customers' orders, issue purchase order, preparing shipping documents for export, attend to customer's enquiries, etc.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process Customers' Orders promptly and accurately in SAP and fulfill orders with complete and timely documentation, on-time deliveries to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate on both inbound & outbound shipments with suppliers, warehouse, forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
  • Issue PO for drop shipment orders and subcontract process.
  • Generate billing invoices.


Your Skills

  • Able to work under tight deadlines 
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office


Your Profile

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Excellence skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Welcome fresh graduates.
  • SAP experience will be added advantage.
