Job Description 

The Role

As a Assistant Sales Coordinator, you will be generating sales documents and provide sales support to internal and external customers, input and revised quotation in SAP system and downloading sales report.


Your Key Responsibilities

    • Generate Sales Orders, Delivery Order , Billing as well as Collection Order, Credit Note and Debit Note are processed promptly and accurately.
    • Input and revised SAP quotation.
    • Download Air-con stock list.
    • Generate Quotation Summary Report to Aircon project sales team for Stock Forecast.
    • Other ad-hoc task.


Your Skills

  • Detailed orientation. 


Your Profile

  • Nitec in any discipline.
  • No Experience required.
  • SAP experience will be added advantage.
