This award falls under the Special Category Award, which is bestowed on organizations that have developed effective & innovative programmes to support national initiatives. It is given to organisations that are committed to behave ethically and contribute to economic development, while improving the quality of life of the workforce, their families, the local community and society at large.
Mitsubishi Electric Asia is extremely delighted to receive this award from Singapore Human Resource Institute for the first time. In addition, Mitsubishi Electric Asia is the first Japanese company to receive the “Leading HR Practices in Corporate Social Responsibility Award” and the only Japanese company among this year’s recipients makes this achievement even more significant.
