Singapore Table Tennis Association hosted the 15th Volkswagen Women's World Cup tournament at Toa Payoh Sports Hall from 28th to 30th October 2011. The tournament showcased 19 top table tennis players around the world converging in Singapore for the championship title.
As part of the supports to local community and promotes sport, Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pte Ltd sponsored 5 units of 55inch public display monitor as digital scoreboard for the competition. Mitsubishi Electric Public Display monitors were selected to showcase the digital scoreboard throughout 38 match line-ups.
The high-resolution display monitors showed the real time match score, video, graphics and game summaries.
