The 8th MTA Vietnam attracted a crowd of more than 8,000 this year. It was Vietnam's premier sourcing and networking platform, helping local enterprises meet leading manufacturers in the machine processing industries and their technologies.
The exhibition was also a special occasion for Mitsubishi Electric as its 1,500th unit of EDM system in Southeast Asia has been sold to Nissey Vietnam Co; Ltd. The company commemorated this special occasion by presenting certification of appreciation and plaque to Nissey Vietnam during MTA Vietnam 2011.
"Nissey Vietnam is one of our most valuable customers, and we're very happy that they've confirmed the purchase of the machine. Vietnam is an important market for us, and we've been providing sales and after-sales support to our Vietnamese customers since 1983. We have just established Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam Co. Ltd in 2011 to strengthen our distributor partnerships and provide quality service to customers in Vietnam," said Mr. Kawano, Deputy General Manager of Mechatronics Department at Mitsubishi Electric Asia.
Nissey Vietnam already owns three other similar machines and to date, they have more than 13 Mitsubishi Electric EDM machines in their factory in Vietnam. The EA12D unit is a high performance energy saving machine and was on display at MTA Vietnam 2011.
