The Clean and Green Carnival will be held from 31st October 2008 to 2nd November 2008, signifying the launch of Clean and Green Singapore 2009. It is in conjunction with the official opening of Marina Barrage. There will be a series of competitions and games with fantastic prizes to be won during the carnival.
