Assistant Service Engineer (Field service)

Job Description: To provide after sales technical service and repair work in workshop and at customer house. To provide NC Service & Technical support To do troubleshooting and problem solving for CNC products To advise MTB, dealers and end users on technical issues To conduct maintenance training if necessary

Requirements: ITE/Diploma in Engineering Minimum 2 years of related experience Knowledge in CNC or PLC Possesses a Class 3 license Travelling required but not frequent

Assistant Service Engineer (In-house)

Job Description: To troubleshoot and repair defective units and to ensure updates of all repaired units software To handle SAP system and stock level of repaired units in warehouse To provide technical support by attending to customers' enquiries To ensure safety and minimize fire hazard in the workshop

Requirements: ITE/ Diploma in Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC products Proficient in SAP system and Microsoft Excel Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve SAP or defective units Ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods for defective units
