We appreciate your business and hoped that you will be pleased with your purchase and owning of a Mitsubishi Electric product. A guarantee application card can be found attached to each purchased product.
To facilitate us in processing your guarantee application, it is important to provide the following information when submitting your guarantee application:

Please provide at least one * contact numbers to facilitate our Customer Service Officers to contact with you when necessary.
An SMS confirmation on each valid guarantee application submitted and successfully registered will be triggered to your* mobile number.
Please check the acknowledgement data are correct as you had submitted.
• If the acknowledgement data are incorrect or you needs some clarifications;
• If your Guarantee status had not been activated 2 weeks after your submission;
Please contact our Customer Service Officers for verifications.
Please send us your guarantee application within 14 days from date of purchase, failing which the guarantee for the unit will be considered null and void. Request for service under guarantee for units not registered into our system will not be entertained.
